Unlike other 'war-game' systems, the heart of No-Go-Zone isn't about tables and arithmetic. In NGZ you throw signs - and you never blame bad luck.

Throwing signs is just like the game Paper, Rock, Scissors – with some extra stuff.

First, don’t think ‘rock’ – think SMAK because that’s what a clenched fist is for.

With ‘scissors’ – turn your fingers round like you want to take someone's eye out with a POKE.
For ‘paper’, think SLAP – you get the idea?
Now, there are two more signs… for FLIP just show your defiant middle finger – straight up,

and for TRIK imagine you’re pulling a card from a magician’s hand, making an ‘OK’ shape.

The pentagram below shows you what beats what. The arrows coming from each sign point to the two signs it beats.
